My contract runs out in 5 months and they were wanting to change my package. Not a good deal in my eyes. Currently, 12-month contract, 200mbps broadband and tv package - £38pm The offer was to have an 18-month contract, upgrade to 300 Mbps broadband, a larger tv package (i don't use the tv, the box isn't even plugged in) £47.

Had about 100 calls within the past week, at all hours of the day (Silent call) reported by


Had constant calls from Virgin Media, (after googling the numbers) My phone app says it's a scam, so I've not answered, however I answered just once and it was silent. I recently got an amazing deal with Virgin Media Broadband for 500Mb at £28 30 day rolling contract, and I really don't think the sales team are happy about it.

Supposedly Virgin Media and asked for the first line of my address and postcode. I declined telling caller that they obviously had that information as they had called me. At that point the caller terminated the call. It may or may not have been Virgin Media. I do not disclose any information these days.

trying to sell you unwanted services mobile phone etc thing is been with virgin over five years for tele broadband and land line but i failed credit check for mobile phone even though bill paid on time every time and have been with EE over 15years and never missed a bill, go figure how i failed credit check ???????

Although this might be genuine, only yesterday someone else called claiming to be from Virgin and I said to them "if you're genuinely from Virgin then you'll know that I don't want any sales calls" and the woman said that she would put this on my notes. Then they call the next morning. I don't want a new phone nearly a year before my contract is up. The current one work fine
