virgin media trying to change my package for a better one told them no thanks as the one I have is OK but they still insisted I should upgrade seems like they won't take no for an answer so just hung up 3rd call this month so I think I won't be renewing my contract when it runs out in February 2022

Trying to tell me what offers are available. Did not listen when I said politely that I did not want to change anything, then just kep repeating themselves. So I hung up. They called again an hour later. Good job I happened to miss the call as I'd of given them a round of f*#@ks!

Third month in a row that this number has called me claiming to be from Virgin Media. Offering the same upgrade that was "offered" in previous two months. They replied that this was the first time they have offered the upgrade. I tole them they were lying and hung up.

This number has rang me numerous times, claiming to be virgin media offering upgrades and deals. Not interested, call centre sounds like it's in India. Don't be fooled by them.....number blocked.

It's virgin media cold calling to "early upgrade" but in reality they will assess your current phone and say you could sell it back to pay of part of the remaining time on your contract, then pay the rest in parallel to starting a new one.. Told them no twice already, tempted to not renew my contract when it expires.

virgin scam i answered and woman says what's ur address and virgin account number i says u should no u called me went silent i says ur a scam she hang up but they still call me everyday 3x day even when i told her block my number they call non stop i blocked them.but they still call me grr
