according to virgin it isn't them it's a scam I added it to my contacts and set it to auto block as this app still lets them ring and leave voice mails

Virgin Media call centre. The one time I answered it was a follow-up to a recent upgrade, but that was after a number of silent calls/cut-offs. Virgin Media's auto-call system is crap, but that's not the fault of the poor saps in the call centre. Up to you whether you answer or not, but they'll probably keep calling back until you do!
