rang me after dispute in which i cancelled my account - very bad english after 5 minutes i could hear her but she couldnt here me so she cut the call. she rang straight back but phone went dead as i answered. - you cant call back to this number as outbound only. ringing virgin media customer service and they dont know of this service but retentions confirmed genuine,

Virgin media although it sounded more like Burgeoningpedia, I had to increase the volume to make out the words and had to repeat myself 5 times and didn't have much time as I had to complete a task for a work deadline. So, politely explained I had serious brain damage and was now blind but she still insisted to sell another contract after Virgin tripled the price during the contract which I still honoured but left me out of pocket of over £400. Then I just hung up because she simply didn't get it....

Virgin media are relentless. It's for calls like this that people leave, which is what i just did. The previous time i left them they were bullying to me on the phone. This time around was easier as i had already left, but they tried to offer a tacky automatic discount for £3 on the phone line before answering. After that it wasn't too difficult to inform them i was leaving, but then this call to try and beg me back. Multiple attempts.

I cancelled my virginmedia yesterday and aA lady called me with weird accent pretending to be UK women but clearly some asian. Very very rude. I asked for the purpose she was very rude ‘i am saying for the 3rd time government law blah blah you need to enter your password and keep talking in loud and rude tone. I said f***off and disconnected the call.
