virgin media constantly ring to offer a package upgrade. i have told them numerous times not to contact me any longer as i am not the bill payer and have not got the authority to make any changes. they still continue to ring. i have now advised the poor soul who rang me this time that if they do it again i will be going to the ico as they are in breach of gdpr regulations and should not contact me when i have given them the bill payers phone number six times running. i don't want to be horrid as they are just doing their job but it is incessant now.

It's Virgin Media sales. They are trying to return my call. I WANT THIS CALL!! WHY HAVE SOME **** BLOCKED THE NUMBER? Now I have to turn off call blocking for ALL calls (including scammers) just to let VM call again (assuming they do).
