I was offered all sorts of free texts, unlimited minutes etc. for being a loyal customer. But I would need to pay by direct debit if I exceeded my limit! I explained that I do not give out my bank details over the phone to somebody who 'claims' to be from Virgin. He got a bit impatient in the end when I asked him to send the details through the post and ended the call.
