Yes, this is Virgin Media. Why are people leaving negative comments?? They will always call you around the end of the contract. If you already renewed, just answer and mention that. You won't be "bothered" for another 18 months. If you're at the end of the contract and want to pay less, just answer and mention that, they will reduce your bill as other competitors are also offering good deals. If you simply don't want to speak to them because their accent might be a bit different, just block the number and your phone won't even ring next time they call, your loss anyway. Not rocket science really.

Spoofed number - heavily accented voice claiming to be called Emily. This is not Virgin media - I called them directly afterwards and they had no record of phoning me in the previous hour

My contract is finishing so I will get new "better offer with discount". The better offer is faster internet and landline. My current internet speed it is enough for my needs and who is using landline any more? But there is discount: I will pay only 34.5% more than I'm paying now, great deal.
