I received a call from this number a few weeks ago saying I had stopped a Virgin Media engineer to ask about signing up - which I definitely haven't. I told them I didnt want it and to take me off the list. They have rang moreorless everyday so I blocked the number so the calls don't come through but they leave silent voicemails. Soooooo annoying

Called to discuss taking up Virgin Media TV and Broadband packages. I'm an old customer so they already had my details and knew when my existing sky package would be up for renewal. Great service and excellent deal on a new package. If your subscriptions are due for renewal then worth checking with Virgin Media when they call to see if they can save you some pennies

I am a lapsed Virgin Media customer. When I realised Virgin was ripping me off I cancelled. All of a sudden, Virgin cared about my custom. Virgin did nothing to make up for the shoddy way it had treated me, so my anger went unabated. I shall not use this company for Internet/phone again. Virgin, you should have cared about my custom before I cancelled and not after.
