So, I received a call from this number, which hung up on me as soon as I picked up. I am in the process of closing my account and so I looked up the number to check if it was legit. Having found this site I called HSBC on the number from their website. They confirmed that NO CALL had been made to me from them. So I honestly believe that this is a scam.
