Asian woman asked if I was Mrs D. I asked 'who is calling'. She said she was from a telephone blocking service and asked if I was getting unsolicited calls from land lines. I said 'I'm getting one right now' and hung up.

Asian woman said she was with Telephone Preference Service and wanted the expiry date of my bank card. Said I never gave TPS any bank details so why is she asking for them. Said she didn't want my bank details and not understandin what she was saying and asked again for my expiry date. Ended up shouting down the phone if she phones me again police will be involved did SHE understand THAT?!!

An Asian lady called and said she was from telephone preference agency then said don't hang up so I hung up the. Fifteen minutes later a more agressive Asian man called and asked if I was Mrs..... Then said he was with telephone preference aganecy and said do t Hang up ok we are not a nuisance call.... So I hung up ...waiting for the next one.

Claimed to be Telephone Preference Management. I told him I already belonged to Telephone Preference Service but he said that their service was better and as a valued customer I would not have to pay weekly, monthly or annually. A one -off payment.I screamed laughing and hung up.

Brian Smith from telephone preference scheme. When I said he sounded like the type of calls that we wanted to block and I was concerned that he was trying to scam me, the Indian got very upset, started shouting and advised he was going to take us off the telephone preference scheme... REALLY, please no one fall for this scam.

I received an unsolicited call that I politely cut short. I was immediately rung back and asked why I had hung up, so I said that I never answered closed calls. I hung up again, and was immediately called back - there was silence at the other end, but though I hung up again the call was not terminated by the caller, so I am not able to connect my phone either to receive or make calls.

I got a call today from this number. The caller was male with an Asian accent. He said his name was D. W. He worked in the technical department for Windows of 'Your online tech partner'. I asked if he worked for Windows and he said no. I asked where he got my details and he was vague and evasive. He assured me that my computer had a very dangerous virus and if I could just go online he would help me sort it out. I told him I didn't need any help and hung up.
