Virgin media offering a phone upgrade ? I haven't had a virgin mobile phone for several years since they messed up my account & double charged me and refused to give a refund THEN put a black mark on my credit score as I canceled that contract but they didn't accept the cancellation and tried to charge me for a further 3 months

Couldn't understand wod they were saying aprt from someone shouting virgin mobile through the background noise. Assumed scam at first, if its really anbm number really need to sort out there marketing team as they sound as dodgy as anything.

Been receiving daily calls from this number. Always with near-impenetrable accents, always offering 'free' upgrades which actually cost more, and telling them to stop calling has no effect. Number now blocked - hopefully that will work.

Claim to be Virgin Media but with a heavy accent... ask about customer service, so straight away you know its not Virgin Media as they don't offer customer service! Then they want to upgrade for free but its going to cost more money each month but everything else in the upgrade is free? I advised VM service is rubbish so why would I pay any more money.

American woman saying I have been with virgin for a very long time. ( I have) Offering me free upgrades. I told her if she wanted my bank details she had another thing coming! No ma'am was the reply. I said could you email me the offers,if you are genuine you will know that. Couldn't be bothered to string her along anymore.
