This lot knew my number ,my name ,that I was due an upgrade and that I'm a virgin media customer.Rudely hung up on me when I said I wasn't interested in upgrading.I called Virgin media who said it's not them however they couldn't answer how they got my details to start with.Not a happy camper

Pretended to be from Virgin Media and wanted me to confirm Address and Account number. When I questioned whether they really were who they said they were, the Indian lady hung up. Obviously NOT Virgin Media or if they are, very poor Customer Service.
