Ignore the dysfunctional **** saying this is a "scam" call, despite it being from an 0800 Virgin free call number. It was Virgin Media who gave me a better deal....happy days!

Always a silent message on the voice mail, surely, if it was a genuine call, they would leave a message. They don't, so they get blocked!

Virgin Media have confirmed this is a scam (Scam call) reported by


Claiming to be from Virgin Media and called me today in regards to my recent changes. This initially made me think perhaps it was Virgin until they asked me for "three random characters from my password." Neither the automated system nor an actual employee will ask for "three random characters." Hung up and called Virgin using the number on their website, and they have confirmed it's a scam, and there are emails to the same effect circulating as well. Always call Virgin Media on the number either listed on their official website (google search, don't click links in emails) or on any paperwork you have. Be safe.
