I had this call but ignored it thinking it was dodgy. In fact, it turned out to be completely legit. My John Lewis Partnership card was blocked because of fraudulent stuff happening apparently, so after calling John Lewis Partnership Cards Customer Service, they actually put me through to the HSBC Fraudline and sorted it all out for me.
