Says it's British gas about a boiler appt and that the engineer can't make it. this is your new date but App says not due yet. tried to call the number and they say not urgent so don't call again and just a message. Not sure if scam or pointless???

This is genuine I was wary at first but its all genuine I booked a date this week for gas boiler service. I checked online on my British Gas Homecare and it's all booked in for the time and date stated. BG have taken on lots more service engineers think they have learnt that if you go woke you go broke! So yeah I'm sticking with them on Homecare as it is a really great service you receive from them

I didn't realise the previous line was a title - I'd have put SILENT CALL. It could well habve been from British Gas as they keep sending me texts to my moblie phone about appointments for a Glasgow postcode but I live in Kent. Anyway, I had to listen to just over 7 minutes of silence to be able to receive a text to find out who the call was from.
