This number called my mobile and was blocked by 'Should I Answer' as per instructions in place. I have checked out the number and from the experience of others it seems suspicious and is obviously a scam. Rosemary.

Allegedly Domestic & General called calling (Telemarketer) reported by


A man called my mobile and asked for me by name. I confirmed my name and asked him who was calling and he informed me that he was from D&G. He correctly stated that I had an insurance policy for a washing machine and asked if I was interested in a new policy. At this point I told him that I was not interested. He then told me that he was just offering other options. I said I was not interested and ended the call. This man was well spoken and called around about 6.15pm which I found very odd.

This phone number is a scam. But sounds very convincing as it is a well spoken English person. I fear that trusting elderly people WOULD fall for this scam. They pretended to be Domestic & General wanting me to take out further policies. BLOCK this phone number, as I did....

They just called me and when I asked them for a few details they hung up on me. Pretended to be from Domestic and General and sounded very convincing. They are a scammer.
