Unsolicited call. Phone number used in Argos purchase last year. Upgrade insurance. Listened politely to woman do her speil. It's her job and I have no issues with this. However the minute I said I don't need they didn't even honour simple politeness of thank you, goodbye. Instead phone hung up. More and more of cold calls do this so if they can't be polite why should we be polite enough to listen?
