They have obviously got hold of some information and are now phishing for more, spoke to a well spoken man with a foreign accent who then got offended and very rude when I asked for more information, claimed I had rung them and they wanted to do a survey. I hung up on them and thry called again later that day. Most probably an indian scammer, I asked to speak with his manager and they said they are working from home and they cant pass calls to the manager sounds very suspicious to me but most would fall for their tactics sadly. Just say take me off your list and never call me again or block these vermin.

I recently closed an account with Scottish Widows. This does seem to be a legitimate survey company and I agreed to their request as I used to do something similar for the government. They clearly had some details about my experience with Scottish Widows and asked me fairly superficial questions about what I thought. You don't have to give them any personal information just feedback on your experience. I know that scam companies start by asking superficial questions before moving on to what they really want so you always have to be careful. If you ever have doubts about a caller, don't give them any information until you are sure who you are dealing with

Answered the call which was from a young male with a clear English accent. He said that he wanted to speak to my wife regarding a banking survey. I asked him "And what bank would that be." To which he replied that he is not allowed to give out that information. My reply was in that case, You're not allowed to speak to my wife. I then terminated the call.

A woman said she wanted to speak to my partner the holder of the account she wanted to talk about, I handed the phone to him and said it was regarding his TSB account, he handed the phone back to me as the TSB account is mine not his, I added him about 2 or 3 weeks ago, making the account Joint. She said she needed to speak to him as the main account holder, she didn't have any other details she was just given his name as the account holder and told to call. I said well whoever gave you this task needs to get their facts correct before handing out the task. At this point I disconnected the call.

Asked to confirm name then said survey for TSB. Line was very bad. Said would phone back in 10 mins. Did so but I did not take call. I contacted TSB to see if it was a scam. No response from them.. I object to my telephone number being handed out like sweeties. I have no problem with people doing surveys but in today's climate it is very difficult to be sure just who you are talking to. If TSB want my opinion ask on the banking site after I have gone through innumerable passwords. A far safer route to find out what I think especially after it's taken me three attempts to transfer money to a company they say doesn't exist ..but does. Then they'll get my opion.

Received a call from this number relating to a recent complaint I had with my bank. Caller refused to identify himself or his company so I declined to answer his questions. If my bank wants to know how I feel about how they handled my complaint, they can call me themselves or tell me that xxx is going to ring/ask me if they can have feedback via xxx. Don't like calls out of the blue from people who want to know who I am before they'll tell me who they are.
