Scottish Power, Gas & Energy provider, (https://www.scottishpower.co.uk), Seemed to be helpful, they were our temporary provider for gas/electric. Seems like you need to make 2 separate payments for gas & electric as separate accounts before closing with them.

Scottish Power call Centre I rang them at 2pm 31/3/21 and was asked if I wanted a ring back service I said yes and waited. At 6pm I git a call back and was put on hold, I was on hold for 1 hr 26 sec when I was told to call back later terrible service
