Lloyds Bank Refund on Credit Card (Financial services) reported by


Had a text message on mobile from Lloyds - so new it was genuine. They wanted to know if I had received refund in form of a cheque for £385, and why I had not cashed it in - I had been unwell. Young man said the cheque would be cancelled and they would issue another and I got it 4 days later and paid it in at my local branch. All quite genuine, and I am very happy with to have got the money.

Received a letter relating to my mums account. She has final stage Alzheimer’s and is not able to deal with her finances. They are refusing to assist despite me sending in letters to confirm my relationship etc. They won’t help at all

I received a call saying i was owed £238 for being charged for my credit card when i wasnt financially stable. They said i'd receive said cheque between 2-3 weeks. Its been 18 days and i'm still yet to receive anything...
