Claimed they were taking over octopus energy supplier customers and moving them to scottish power. Didnt believe him so rang octopus to check, no such take over. scared the life out of me. wish they wouldnt do things like that!

Scottish Power, Gas & Energy provider, (https://www.scottishpower.co.uk), Seemed to be helpful, they were our temporary provider for gas/electric. Seems like you need to make 2 separate payments for gas & electric as separate accounts before closing with them.

Scottish Power call Centre I rang them at 2pm 31/3/21 and was asked if I wanted a ring back service I said yes and waited. At 6pm I git a call back and was put on hold, I was on hold for 1 hr 26 sec when I was told to call back later terrible service
