Claimed that someone had initiated a loan for £18000 on my account and was it me. I immediately hung up, as this was the third time this type of call had been received.

I missed the call and thought it was the utilities company. The Kapersky virus checker on my phone offered to block the number, which aroused my suspicions as no message has been left I assume it's not a genuine call

Definitely a scam, called to say that there had been an unauthorised purchase from my account, therefore my account needed to be changed to a new one, at first seemed very pushy but genuine, at the same time I was receiving codes from Natwest which he required, it wasn't until he asked me to insert my card into my card reader to authorise the transaction that I got suspicious and hung up. I then called Natwest who confirmed that they had not been in touch with me, they said if I had gone along with the card reader, the scammer could have transferred my whole balance to his account!

This number called me on a No Caller ID claiming they where from NatWest my account has had fraudulent activity from Argos of a sum of £397 I immediately ended the call They then called me back using the official Natwest number to try to continue scamming me asking me details of how much money is in my account in my savings and current account and when I have wages going into my account I immediately contacted NatWest’s Fraud team they told me they have NOT contacted me I’ve had to cancel my card and get a new one if you have any suspicions please ask for confirmation by email and text to be safe

Woman told me she was from NatWest bank and needed to check some unusual activity on my account and proceeded to ask me a ton of questions relating to my personal and account info, then the call just cut off. (the number that comes up on your phone does actually show as a NatWest number when you check it online??) Luckily, the call just cutting off made me suspicious so I immediately called NatWest myself, they confirmed they had not called me and it was a scam call which meant me having to have a new card and change all my account details etc. AGAIN as this is the 2nd time this has happened to me in 6 months, stay aware guys! :)

I didnt answer the phone as i didnt recognise the number... came onto this site and saw the negative comments. I phoned Natwest straight away and they confirmed that no one has tried to call me and if they had they would always call from a with held number. Alway's check with your bank and they will advise you if they have attempted to call you.

scam nearly got me last year same number last time so thank God 'should I answer' is installed on my phone as I have fibromyalgia & would of forgotten by now!!
