This number has been calling me nearly every day for months now, sometimes they ring up to 4 or 5 times a day. As I have caller ID I have answered on the odd occasion just to find out who they are and what they want but they just cut the call off the minute I pick the phone up. I just don't bother answering any more but it's still incredibly annoying that they continue to pester me with unwanted calls.

Called at 15.38, Indian accented man asked whether he could speak to a Miss Beatrice Trot. This name, and 'Miss Strutt', is often requested by these scam callers. No one using either of those names has ever lived at this address, and my landline is ex-directory.

A woman with a Chinese sounding accent rang at 12:33 today (Tuesday 5th July 2016). She gave the name of my wife, our address with post code included, although she indicated "Mr" (my wife's name) rather than a Mrs. Although her voice was not clear I managed to hear "UK Viewpoint". She said it was not selling something. As she began her script I said I am not interested and she then hung up. I am worried because she knew enough personal details that she could, in theory, put to fraudulent use.

He said a name and a company name that I couldn't hear. He said a postcode and house number and asked if this was correct. I asked what I could do for him. He became rude and impatient and repeated his name and company name. I still couldn't hear him properly. I said I don't understand, you sound annoyed with me. He said F* You and put the phone down.

A woman called me on my landline using this number claiming to work for microsoft and that my home computer had been hacked. When I stated that I did not have a computer the lady hung up.

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 020815075xx reported already, mostly with nuisance telemarketing calls. In the case of this number they left no message, no idea who is behind it? People please did someone answer it? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back, trying to dig some info about this number on internet first...

I just answered and a woman told me they were conducting a survey on people with a postcode that wasn't mine; I told them that wasn't my address and they asked me to give them my details. I said no, hung up and blocked them from my landline. Reading the above, I'm now glad I did!

Hi Mike. They called me today claiming to be microsoft. They told me my home computer had been hacked and if i could turn it on for them. I told them i didn't have a computer and the lady hung up.
