Had a call from Ali today, he was very persistant and started shouting when I refused to give my bank details out. Luckily I gave him a false name and dob as I didn't feel he was genuine. Glad I did after reading this site. He told me that he was from NPower and that they were taking over our electricity supply, I disputed this and told him that I would speak to my current energy supplier and check. He was very convincing and persistant, it took me well over 30 minutes to get rid of him. He's just called me back and I told him I knew it was a scam and hung up!!

pestered daily, i even threatend them with prosecution and charges for wasting my time, very forceful in their manner. no idea yet how to stop them but working on it. do not engage in conversation or give any details.

I had the same thing, saying they'd had a complaint about my business from the national grid!!!! Phone 4 or 5 times a day...Ignore if possible

I've been getting calls from this company for months now, the phone staff are extremely rude and intimidating they keep threatening they are going to dig all gas,phone pipes etc up and they said they would turn my phone off so I wouldn't receive any business calls! One night he rang 6 times straight! Each time they ring they tell me there a different company they've said British Gas, virgin, Scottish power etc it's only after you've been on the phone for a while they then claim they can get you cheaper bills. Keep well clear of this company I'm giving the number to police regarding this, after been screamed at and having threats to cut my business telephone.

Call repeatedly about national grid saying we are paying too much for gas and electricity. They are very determined and make it sound urgent. We don't have gas so I know for sure it's just a tactic to get you to switch suppliers. They are just an energy broker but lead you to believe otherwise

Received call from Indian sounding man called Ali with a menacing tone claiming he was from UK Services Department and advising me that they had received a complaint about our company from the National Grid Station. He didn't make a lot of sense and told me it was urgent that he spoke to the company owner demanding that I give him her contact number throwing in comments about us paying too much for our electricity and not getting the correct KWs. I suggested that he call back next week which didn't please him and I only got rid of him when I suggested that I take his number and ask her to call him. Why cant the powers at be cut these menaces off?

This company is active and is doing fraud they have been stating they are national grid they are a fraudulent energy broker who have now been reported to the Met police.

Called stating that there was a complaint against my business so since they had the address and contact name I told them to put it in writing. Person calling me said she was called Sherie. Bit of a stupid call really because Sherie said she was from the National Grid and they deal with gas but ironically there is no piped gas to this area.

Claim that they are from the national grid and that we were being overcharged 7000kwh per month for our electricity. I checked with the National Grid and they do not have any dealings with electricity at all. They purely deal with gas. They were not at all interested in doing anything about it!!!

Time wasters. even when you put the phone down they keep calling back. cost me 15 minutes to get rid of them.

Say they are from UK energy centre. Tried to convince me my business was paying too much for energy as my supplier was a long way away so I was paying more than I should. They said they had been contacting by national grid to 'adjust my meter readings'
