Had the same thing. 4 calls in one day. Answered the last one thinking that it must be important if someone is calling so much. They asked for frederico. Told them they had the wrong number but tried selling something anyway so I hung up.

get called at least four times a day from.this number. I've answered once in the past and it was silent. very annoying.

A lot of them wait for a response from you first. If it's silent they'll hang up and likely not phone back. I was sat on the phone on night for 20 minutes in pure silence. They eventually spoke after 5 minutes but they hung up. They are the ones that pay for these calls.

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range - 020370192xx, just last 2 or 3 digits different) reported here already, mostly as call centre working for Euro Lotto. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?

Company called Lotto Social. Didn't answer, but gave them a call back, and was given a message: "This is Lotto Social" blah blah blah
