A Chiness or Indian based call centre employer on behalf of UK companies to mine data and information from British citizens. Corner claims to be working on behalf of British Telecom Sky virgin and other UK companies. The Callers English was almost incomprehensible Caller became very aggressive & threatening when challenged or asked why they wanted the information. Calls coming every hour, daily.

I missed the call and called back Automated service when you call back saying who they are (sounded like Claims Inclusive) and that the call wasn't important. It gives you the option to press 5 and opt out of being called back.

After saying 'Hello' - a woman said, Can I speak to <Name of Individual>? I said, 'what about?'. She said, 'A car accident'. I said 'no thank you' and then hang up. Called the number back via 1471 - automated messaged says; 'You have been called by KS Legal about a Car Accident, we will try and call you another time. If you would prefer not to be called, please press 9'.

Was expecting a call back from a client. Lady on the phone said they were calling because my Life Insurance was up for review. They said they worked with Scottish Widows, Aviva, etc. and repeated my life insurance was up for review. I said I wasn't quite sure about the purpose of the call, asked if it was a sales call and asked where she was calling from. She hung up. So strange to be hung up on! I don't mind telemarketers, but wouldn't be wonderful if they had to be totally transparent: Hi this is a sales call about life insurance, are you interested in some information about the market and about what we offer? Can you imagine the sort of environment they work in that treating people so oddly is encouraged... Poor them.

Guy called (apparently) Sean/Shaun Alexander - "are you the billpayer?" I asked which bill? "ah, it doesn't matter anyway,I won't take any longer than 30 seconds of your time, I'm not trying to sell anything and you will never hear from me again - do you have central heating?" I said yes. "right, your voice sounds very young, are you in your 20s, 30s, 40s...." I did hear him say "50s?" while I was taking the phone away from my ear to hang up on him

Phoned today said I had a nice voice asked if I was happy with my phone service he said but I agreed Sadie he had but too then said my postcode which was wrong I then told him that I would report to trips and police he said he was the police then I hung up very distressing

Rang me today and started his speel. I interrupted him and told him to get a proper job instead of annoying people and wasting their time. He said he had a family to support. I told him the public are wise to these nuisance calls and he'd be better off working elsewhere. He didn't seem too pleased with this advice........ A barred number on my phone now.

Called themselves Consumer Solutions. Accent was almost impossible to understand. A total waste of time. Was trying to convince us we'd save money on central heating with them or something along those lines.

This call itself was not too offensive, guy trying to be overly friendly while asking questions for a survey. When he finally got to the point and said some people might phone, email or text I said I did not want that to happen. Refused to give him my email - he didn't take it too badly. HOWEVER had a phone call today as a result of the survey, from a withheld number, said company name was Simply and they did windows. After explaining we were not interested and I did not appreciate his condescending and pressurising tone I hung up. He then called 6 times in the space of 2 minutes!!

Call received 21.00 29/07/15 it was a male who sounded African he knew my name and asked if I was alone. I am 84 luckily I have my marbles about me and put phone down. These calls must be stopped.

Phoned up doing market research and I explained politely that I did not want to participate. She said she would stop calling if I answered her questions. I said I did not consent. Caller got angry and said I should 'expect more calls' from them as I had refused to answer their questions.

This number is used for telemarketing purposes, mostly reported as Better Business Group or Injury Claim Lawyers, insurance marketing or similar - in fact just some call centre, the number is very likely VoIP number, sometimes people rated it as an overseas number, so be aware. Definitely some call centre with marketing offers and mostly scam...

Also calls itself 'Consumer Choice' - asked to speak to my wife (full name given) - when I asked what the call was about 'Lisa' refused and demanded/requested that I put her on the phone. They 'may' be people just doing their job but the world would be a better place without these 'companies'
