Calls me every day. Girl called Hannah telling me I've been in a car accident. I remind her that we had this conversation yesterday and that I don't drive. She acknowledges this but insists I have had an accident anyway! Same time tomorrow then Hannah ffs!!!!

Called me about an "accident I've had in the past 3 years in my car" - I'm 19, only had a car for 4 months and hadn't crashed it. They promised to remove my number from the database, I get another missed call from them today with the guy promising the number isn't on the database. Next time I'll ask for their letter address and warn them they're being reported to Ofcom ;)

Kind of knew it was a SCAM. Not disappointed. Called back 0203 634 9839 having blocked my land line number and spoke with a very Indian call centre sounding voice by the name of Kevin (could equally have been a Mr Smith from Mumbai). As peeps have said says he is from 'Injury Claim Lawyers' which if you delve deep enough also seems to be another name for the 'National Accident Helpline'. Whatever name they choose for the day they all seem to be scam merchants, ambulance chasers, scumbags and a really good advert for both the legal and insurance professions. had a few minutes to spare so strung him an exciting yarn without giving any contactable info whatsoever, about 20 minutes later Kevin cottoned on and got a bit sniffy about things, shame really because he is probably an ordinary guy trying to earn a crust on behalf of some trolling organisation.. Buy a BT8500 phone blocks virtually every bogus call in sight.
