02031 988128. Indian accent claiming to be from BT and stating that my internet ID was being compromised. When I asked him what my BT ID was he hung up.

My calls started last night I've had 4 so far they are scammers over the past 3 months I have been plagued with phone calls morning ,noon,and night who said he was from Microsoft he was Indian sounding ,so I've been afraid to use my laptop but my grandson went on it last night and within the hour fone calls started

Calls initially came in at a 4 hour interval during the waking hours and ended up being sporadic. Never left identity just stayed silent. Really irritating as am on the telephone preference list for no cold calling.

Told me he was ringing about the car accident he told me I'd had "within the last 2 years". When I pressed him for more details e.g. date, reg numbers etc. he just kept repeating the same requests for info. Foreign scammer, fishing for information using a London dialling code.

BT Technical department telling me my internet connection is corrupting the main BT server and they can help me to sort it out! When I told them my phone was with Orange, they hung up.

Answered the phone, a heavy Indian accent said he was from computer services about my computer. I said "don't give me that rubbish, I wasn't born yesterday" and I put the phone down. Really annoying.

Answered the phone am. Man with Indian accent said he was calling about my computer, he said he had helped me before, and asked if I remembered. I said this is a scam and put the phone down.

Lots of clicking noises as if the call was going through multiple servers to give a UK number - then an Indian accented "Hello" so pressed the call blocker!

02031988128 has called various times of the day, they are asking about our internet connections, after this 12th call, and always asking them to take our name & number off the system, I said I would report them as a nuisance call, always Indian speaking, he called me a b*ch & hung up, if he was standing in front of me & said that he would be drinking his food through a straw for the rest of his life.

They start calling me from 8am, can here office no noise, but no response from the caller, always putting phone down,they just keep ringing, I am ex directory and getting fed up with Jason,Andrew and Wendy calling when I can't understand their strong foreign accents. They need reporting.

Caller claimed to be from BT and mentioned that the BT tech team had forwarded information that my BT Hub has viruses and security problems. The caller promptly passed me on to his "senior technician" who asked me to open a Run prompt (press Window key + R) and enter www.teamviewer.com - to gain remote access to your PC. Needless to say, don't do it. BT do not do Teamviewer sessions. Tell these people to go to hell.

Caller had strong Indian accent. Said calling from BT to let me know that my IP address showed them I had internet problems or some such rubbish. Could not really understand them. Told them my number was ex-directory and on TPS register so cold calling was illegal, but they were undeterred saying they wanted to help me with a fault. Got my name totally wrong and asked for my e mail address which I refused to give.

When I told them I wasn't Cy-O-Ban, he asked me to whom he was talking. I told him nobody, he called me an *. If this was a genuine British caller, he'd have understood that crazy name and called me an *. Must try harder. 1*.

Call obviously from India, said he was in London, was a BT employee and that someone was illegally using my internet connection and they wanted to stop it. If I wouldn't co-operate they would close it down for six to eight weeks. Presumably, if I had co-operated, he would have wanted access to my computer ... no chance!

Caller claimed to be calling from BT and stated that there is a problem with my internet connection. I asked twice if they are calling from BT, she replied yes and hung up. Someone surely has to be able to stop these scam calls. It is a crime surely?
