I'm receiving multiple calls a day from this company and I ask them to remove me from their list as I have never been a customer. I've even been threatened that I will be called even more often because I don't want to continue the call.

Been having calls from 02031988128 for last 2 weeks. They appear on my call list, because of all these types of call I bought a BT Call Guardian phone so I am not disturbed. Still they call despite the blunt message on the Call Guardian. I think the government should work with the UK phone providers to cut off these numbers. Over the last 2 years I have been on TPS and have reported the calls to ICO, (31 different numbers in total) but still they ring. How do they get our numbers? Someone is giving them out; resented the cost of the Call Guardian but it is essential with these sc*bag pests about.

Called today , The phone rang for ages,much longer than normal , I finally gave in & answered , which shows just how long the phone did wring because I am pretty patient, it was an Asian male asking for a name , I would not give any info until he told me who he was & what he wanted,after some persuasion on my part he reluctantly said he was from Barclay's Bank, I hung up, Click ......scammy *

I had a call today from an Indian sounding Lady saying she had called about a problem with my PC and she was from Microsoft, i replied what about my PC and she hung up. These calls p++s me off.

Very reluctantly answered. Foreign woman asking to confirm my name..I asked who was calling, she said Pura Services and asked again to confirm the name again. I asked why she wanted to know... Big silence... Then she asked again if I was a certain person..so I agreed to the name she gave and she hung up. Haha..just turn it around and play them at their own game!

I get calls from this number regularly. Always an Asian male asking by name for someone that doesn't live here. I have told them many times the person doesn't live here and asked them to take me oiff their database. When I say I am not the person asked for they start asking for my name. When I ask who they are and why they are calling, they say they need my name first. When I say I'm not telling them and ask again why are they calling, they say 'to active your line'. I said that doesn't make any sense, please explain, and again they just ask for my name!
