PPI Refund using vouchers (Scam call) reported by Nige
Call explaining a cheque for £2700 was waiting for me . A solicitor would call to my house (Lisa Williams ID no: 731682) I must provide driving licence or passport as proof of id . But I need to provide the guy on the phone pay safe voucher for £100 , when I have called him the solicitor would call within the next 2 hours. Yes !!! Even a name and ID provided !!! I am about to call him back explaining that I have his vouchers.... be interesting to find out what he has to say.

bogus PPI refund (Financial services) reported by Inch Nosliw
An asian gentleman claiming to be called Mark rang to tell me that my PPI claim had been successful and that a solicitor would be coming round to my house to deliver my cheque which they would give me once I had produced satisfactory proof of identity. I just needed to have a £100 voucher that I would need to hand over in order to get my cheque for £2,430. I would be able to claim the £100 back later. I politely declined - I never had any PPI! It did concern me though that they were planning to send someone round to the house - I don't like that at all!
