First Utility - asked to talk about bills I pay with a company. Told him I don't pay bills, he laughed and said 'oh my'. Said my family pay the bills, so no more calls from them :)

I just had a call from these stating they are utility something ( I couldn't understand what he said ) he starting of all chirpy saying I could save hundreds on my gas and electric in which I interrupted him and said I do not pay for the gas or electric. Then he just huffed and said well thanks for your time. Just block it.

Well this is some landline from Manchester area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts : people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported with PPI and insurance marketing. People pls did someone answer this number, can you confirm? I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very useful for call centres). No problems.
