Answered the phone and a guy told me that i was entitled to compensation from a holiday i went on in the last 2 years, when i said i hadnt been on holiday and had an expired passport he said i was lying. Hung up straight away,

Took a call and asked whether I had had an all inclusive holiday in the past two years and when confirmed was asked which operator. Told me that they could offer comprehensive compensation where hygiene issues could be proven. At this point I put the phone down.
