This is an automated PPI call, it mentions Barclays Lloyds and Nat West customers specifically then asks you to ring 5 to speak to someone or 9 to stop the calls, whichever you do , it will cost you - beware! Just hang up.

just had a call from this number telling me i have a refund due as some of my phome services had been removed, checked my bt account online and what do you geuss nothing had changed all they want is for you to ring them back to get money out of you for the call

I have received calls from this number it is a PPI collection company called fastrack http://www.fasttrackreclaim.com/faq I contacted them and complained do the same and get these nuisance calls stopped check this out http://www.shouldianswer.co.uk/phone-number/08437240467

These automated call systems are illegal. The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 prohibits the use of communications comprising recorded matters for direct marketing purposes by means of an automated calling system.

Pension review team again ? There are few similar numbers reported on these pages as a nuisance, scam and unsolicited bank services or just a recorded message (in this case be aware, this should be a trap to make you call them back - line is for shared costs!)... sometimes connected with the Pension review team, which can also be only a call centre working for them: 08437240459, 08437240463 and 08437240470 - see all of them same call centre 084372404xx and all for shared costs, so I assume this is good working money trap... And as can be seen this call centre is working on a bit wide range of numbers : +448437240xxx, so be aware if this range calls you. Don't call them back, the line is for shared costs...
