Only caught the tail end on my voice mail but was clearly just a robot caller trying to sell something. If other comments are anything to go by, probably a PPI message.

PPI scamming scum. Recorded message requires one to call back on premium line so do not call them as it will cost you money. They will also log your number as active and sell it on, this is especially valuable to them if you give them any personal details.
