So I could not remember an answer to a question. What's my favourite sports team - well I don't have one, no idea what I put. Clicked I couldn't remember. Through me out of the account. Can't reset the password without calling this number. 40 minutes on hold, pass security only to be informed that I had to be transferred to another team to set a password ON THE PHONE! Told them where they can shove that dodgy practice. You do not give anyone your passwords. Ever. Hung up and filled in the online form to close the account. I feel more secure already.

I answered the call and the fellow said he was trying to hunt me down because he had good news to tell me. I asked what it was and he said I had won a million pound! I knew it was a scam so I told him to do one and hung up the phone. You have to get up pretty early in the morning to catch ME out!
