NS&I, Financial Services, (https://www.nsandi.com), Once past the robovoice* very good mannered English staff. They went the extra bit to ensure you achieved what you'd set out to do. * I kept repeating "Speak to call handler/human" when prompted for a response (even though it wasn't an option). and got through fine. Going silent on it didn't always work - it sometimes cleared the line (hung up) because it thought there wasn't anyone there; fair enough I guess.

So I could not remember an answer to a question. What's my favourite sports team - well I don't have one, no idea what I put. Clicked I couldn't remember. Through me out of the account. Can't reset the password without calling this number. 40 minutes on hold, pass security only to be informed that I had to be transferred to another team to set a password ON THE PHONE! Told them where they can shove that dodgy practice. You do not give anyone your passwords. Ever. Hung up and filled in the online form to close the account. I feel more secure already.
