My Broadband stopped working. So I called this number and they blamed my equipmen? They wanted £64 for an engineer to call out. But I told them I was a BT (Open Reach) engineer and there was nothing wrong with my equipment. In the background I could hear other sky agents telling people the same scripted, 'its your equipment' BS! I told them that I don't need an engineer and I will check my line again. Soon as I hung up the phone my broadband came back on!?! What a suprise!! Don't trust SKY or any of the other providers!

Harassment from sky, we have moved to Virgins and left sky on good terms. They phone 3 to 4 times a day even after we have already told them we are tied to Virgin for 12 months.
