These rang me twice on april 18th @ 09.26am & 09.56am saying i have a debt balance which i do not! There also ringing off a totally different number as well 08000857608 So if suposidly the Real PayPal why off 2 different numbers ? The 2nd number they harrassed me on march 19th @ 09.26am 09.52am 09.52am again 10.04am then 10.04am again If you block there number they instantly hit redial very sneeky & suspicious if you ask me

tried to ring my mobiles 4 times today 02/12/2024 i do not know who this is but ppl say its paypal ? tried to ring one mobile @ 09.17am & 09.46am then alsp rang my other mobile @ 10.20am & again at 11.02am my paypal is in debt for £58 BUT the money left my bank on nov 27th 2024 but paypal say i still owe it so something funny going on here ive never had issues b4 but since joining temu this has started

I didn't confirm anything with paypal. I then contacted paypal directly through paypal site and they confirmed 0800 587 0463 was definitely paypal.

I owed PayPal £21 due to a missed payment. I arranged for money to be added from my bank, I was told this would take 10 days to complete. I've had 3x calls a day since then. Its not my fault its taking you so long to take the money!!! So annoying!!!

PayPal calling about my account. I had a negative balance (which I’d actually already paid before they rang) and after I gave them my email address to confirm my identity they told me that I’d made a payment of x amount and it would take 5-7 days for it to clear so they had access to my information so definitely PayPal.

So Paypal regarding an overdrawn balance. However, as the money has already been transferred from my bank to cover the balance they should not be calling me. Just because their process is slow is not my problem and I gave them an earful to that effect.

Caller said she was from PayPal. Asked for my email address, I said she called me so I wouldn't be providing any info unless she could verify any of my account details! She said to check my email and PayPal app, and then call back. I have no emails from paypal and nothing showing on my app. Probably a scam, especially seeing the history of the calls from others.

I gave my email and then they just told me some information about my account. They said they have to ask the email for security purposes. They did not asked for more details and helped me with and inquiry i had. The agent was actually very kind.

Rang my business number, didn't recognise the number but I answered with hello, the caller said something really quietly & then disconnected call. Others have said it's PayPal, I do not believe this is the case as I have had no emails from PayPal to back this up, therefore I would say it's a scam & urge people to be caucious.

This and a related number left me 8 voicemails last week, which I discovered by chance, as there were no missed calls! The voicemail message is identical for all 8 messages and start half way through the message, as though the details of the caller have already been disclosed. The message starts by relaying the number they would like you to call them back on. I have read experiences from previous users stating this is a PayPal call to accounts that are in deficit, but my account is not and has never been in defecit so I do not believe this to be true.
