Virgin media asking if I'd received the letter they've sent me via post to my 'home address' havent lived at the address she gave me for donkeys years. When i asked her how she got my information including mt full name, date of birth and my very imbarrising email address that I don't even use as it's so imbarrising. She tried to change the subject and asked if I'd got the letter ECT. Hung up at that point and blocked the number.

Sick of these calls so downloaded TPS protect from the app stores, it's run by the ICO and it's free. It blocks these calls and any others that have been blocked by other users.

Virgin Media have just completed a new cabling operation in the Old Basing area of Basingstoke. They seem desperate to get new customers and are being a complete pest. They do not seem to know who they have called or how many times they have tried. The call centre seems badly run. You may want to avoid their calls unless you actually want their services.
