Scam called 'Fishing' (Scam call) reported by Muriel
The scammers managed to disguise their own number and make it appear that this was their number. They told me that fraud attempts had been made on my account. Before I could give any account information I lost contact with the woman on the phone. THANK GOD! I called the number back and spoke to a gentleman at Natwest who informed me that the bank had NOT contacted me, it was in fact a scam. If you get a call from this number, HANG UP and then CALL THEM BACK before you give ANY information. If it was a scam, you will then cut them off and be in contact with Natwest to check your account is secure.

This number is Natwest fraud prevention team, might be a good idea to answer!, I did and found that I'd had my card details stolen (they don't ask for any bank details off you) It's also listed on the Natwest website as their genuine Fraud prevention team phone number.
