I'm not sure why people are saying this number is a scam? This is definitely Three. I have 2 contracts with them that we tried to cancel. They will of course ask security questions but I always do my own checks when I receive calls like even if I was expecting it like this time. Ask questions like when was your last call to three made or you can make notes on the account from previous calls and they will be able to read them back to you. I have paid a bill to three from this number calling me and it came out of may account as planed. My full card details were given. Not a problem. If you ever are worried about a number calling you try to use another phone if you can to call the number as well. This can help reassure you also.

Rang about issues with debt. But I had cleared it up with web chat earlier that day. So when they realised that through their system they just said OK sorry to bother you and any issues dial 333. So must of been from 3 and not scam as they had my details on the issue I had.

Called asking for my 3 password and wouldn't give me any information on the call when i asked. Proceeded to get aggressive at me when i refused to give them my password. 3 would never ask for this information over the phone and this number isn't registered with them.

My daughter had 30day sim only with 3, £9pm 2yrs ago. Hadn’t used for 6m.She gave 30 days notice has letter to show. I didn’t realise they still took dd £9pm (My bank!) When I did I cancelled dd.She told them they took 5payments since closed. They said someone will look into, call back &sort refund. She gave my No to speak to for refund. No callback. She chased 3 more times-still nothing. Next mth she gets a letter from 3 for outstanding bill+charges as dd failed! 3mths of letters &calls, told dozen times,promises of a resolution but nothing and it didn’t stop. Then she starts getting 2-3 debt letters pw! I Call,explain all the above,email copy of termination letter from 3 to show When closed. The calls &letters didn’t stop. She was declined credit twice, so I checked her file, They put a poxy default! So I paid the debt collection agency to stop it all! I paid online deliberately to have proof! I Wrote to credit agencies, was advised to put a “notice of correction” on. Now she can’t get credit at all!!. Now this No keeps calling!I told them all above. They still call! It still says unsettled over 4 months on on credit file &still no refund or resolution from 3!! NEVER EVER USE 3 as a provider They are harassing me so much!!

Claimed to be from Three Mobile and that I had cancelled my contract. I pointed out that my contract actually completed its term six months previously, so it was int cancelled as it had expired. Said I still owed £16 but when I said I'd go to a Three shop and pay, was told if I pay them using my card details, I just had to pay £10. I declined their offer stating that for the last six months they were quite happily collecting my direct debit even though the contract period had completed, so I had every right to move elsewhere.

I received an empty box delivered by DPD from three and immediately reported that there was no iPhone ever since three are chasing me to pay for the iPhone even though I have made a complaint and reported it to the telecoms ombudsman. What an awful company who know how to lose customers and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor or manager ever

Billing arm of Three Mobile in India. Spoke to a bloke called Maurice and his manager called Imtiaz. I owed about 16 quid apparently. They had all of the information on me and my call history, including when I had cancelled my Three account, even whom I spoke to cancel. I confirmed the number via "Sailee" on the Three Live Chat once I was logged in on My Three online portal. If this is a scam for credit card details then it is extremely elaborate and Three has massive security flaws. Will update if I found my bank drained :)

They called my house phone twice, trying to talk to someone who apparently lived in my house, thinking that my home phone number was a mobile number. Neither I nor anyone else that lives in my house has any accounts with Three.
