received a call from this number as robot asking me to dial 1 to speak to RBS fraud team. i spoke to RBS on the correct number and this is nothing to do with them. please block from your phone after the first call. called me 8 times yesterday, very desperate fraudsters.

It was RBS, but generally, you should not trust a caller if you're not 100% sure who it is. Best is to call the phone number on the back of your RBS card before you answer security questions.
