Didn't answer, glad I didn't after reading the comments here. I just called virgin mobile to cancel the contract I have that's due to end. Not only didn't they help me, but I'm sure they've lied re contract end date. Anyway, I didn't give my permission for a survey about the call i made, contacting ico to complain. Others should do the same imo.
