A guy asked to speak to someone I've never heard of so I told him he had the wrong number. Thing is with technology its not often you get company calls to the wrong number so definitely something wrong here.

Asked for me by name and I asked who they were as they are ment to tell you who they are and where they were phoning from .Said he was from my bank buy didn't tell me which bank. I told him that I do not receive calls from my bank as I had informed them only to contact me by post and occasional email. He said sorry and hung up . It was 9pm which surprised me as I have never had a call at thst time of night unless it's a friend

Received a call from them today, if they are not scammers than they are ****!!! My bank called me last week and introduced themselves with the bank name before going into security question details. So whoever posts claiming it is due to DPA that they can not stated the bank names is an ****! That is EXACTLY what scammers do! Trying to eyewash people with "you can trust me, I am honest" That trick is just as old as scamming! It take a lot of chutzpah to post here claiming you are legit!!!!! On the other side, if that is a legitimate call you Network Research should go out of business just for acting like scammers!!! Would any of you people that post here positive and claiming to be legitimate allow your mother or grandmother to take a call like that? Would you not tell someone calling your wife, mother, granni to "fu.. yourself" if they called acting like you do?

Had call from them about 46 mins ago. Demanded that I confirm who I was, and when I didn't used the lie that they needed me to prove who I was becasue of the data protection act., what a load of rubbish. They would not confirm who they were and anyone who hides behind the Data Protection Act when telephoneing are just scammers, not matter how much they protest that they are legit!

Telephone 08000128025 called whilst I was out stating they would call again. They are Network Research a marketing research company stating they are calling from Lloyds Bank, Lloyds banks DO NOT use outside marketing companies! My phone is registered with TPS, Ex Directory with BT call privacy and a call blocker phone which they've by pass everything and got through. I have tried to make a complaint to TPS only to find they don't do anything about market research companies as they are not selling anything and have to report them direct to Market Research Society (MRS) 15 Northburgh Street London EC1V 0JR Tel: 02074904911 if they don't adhere to my request to remove me from their database but as I'm not in when they phone I'm unable to request this. I have now added their number to my call blocker phone and suggest anyone receiving a call from these people to hang up immediately as it is a scam to obtain information and dangerous, BEWARE.

This number is a green line, probably for some company as a client's service number where the call is paid by the company itself. Haven't found which company owns this number, has anyone seen it before?

Scam call from Network Research Company state they've been given number from Banks who don't use outside companies for market research, check them out on Networkresearch.co.uk they bypass all blocks, tps, ex directory on phones as they are not selling anything and just want information!
