Phone rang at 1449 and caller asked for me by name. When I asked who was calling, the lady claimed to be calling from 'the bank.' Next, as I use more than one bank, I asked her which bank, at which point she rang off without any further comment.

TSB BANK VISIT FOLLOW UP (Financial services) reported by


Customer service survey to follow up visit to specific TSB bank branch previous day. Didnt ask for any banking details. Professional & quick questionnaire.. Will help future service I use, so why not. Gotta feel sorry for these guys on the end of the line... what a boring job & who wants to be doing it at 8pm on a Friday night. Assume they are after-hours because a lot of people work during the days?...
