I 've now had several calls from this number within the past 2 days including one late last night. Each time I answered they who ever they are hung up. If they are a market research company acting on behalf of the banks then they are not very proffessional at carrying out their clients needs. It's now got to a point where anymore and I shall report to Ofcom, had enough !

Had a call from this number at 7.50 tonight, had to ask him to repeat himself three times couldn't understand him , the gist of the conversation , he says he's from lloyds bank , knows a branch I haven't visited for at least 18 months, knew my name and other details , wanted to ask questions , the fact that I've been compromised with my bank details with talk talk , certainly wasn't giving him any info , told him I don't take cold calls especially from my bank and if they want any conversations with me they will ring in the daytime , he wasn't rude told me to have a good night and hung up .

Halifax asked Network research to call its customers on its behalf to get some feedback on customer service. Didn't ask for any personal details at all and knew my name, the branch i visited and who i had my meeting with at the bank. Was just a 5 minute survey asking me to rate the bank and staff.
