You can download the app from App Store and I assume you can do the same from Android etc. (Not that I would). There are multiple options within the App and it allows you to record the message on your phone.

from other comments I've read it seems as though you's have been prank called or whatever mine has actually scared me a little I've been creeped out, the caller had a strange computer like voice and claimed to have a crush on me, they said they will see me tomorrow which is terrifying, they also made a comment about the way I walk which seemed correct too.
