This is a prank call but realistic till you figure it out. It waits for you to speak then responds lifelike. But if you say nothing it then continues. Try speaking gibberish and it will respond as if you said something sensible. So you know it is a fake. And the person who sets up the call can hear what you say so be careful.

It's an app where someone who has your number can prank call you. They pick a recording so when you answer it says the recording. But it also records the conversation so they can keep playing it back to have a laugh. Just avoid it and don't answer

This call came from a male which appeared to have a Scottish accent. Accused me of being the reason that the economy is failing. Apparently I use his Wi-Fi? I don't have access to any wifi and im sure I'd have to be local in order to do that. Claims I am a wifi thief and that he searched my IP address which gave him my mobile number?
