I have a Virgin land line, and phoned the call centre about a broadband problem, have been charged for this call, forgetting that one can dial 150 from a Virgin line. The contact info on virgin shows the 0345 number and I feel that a message should be included informing the calls are charged and remind customers to dial the 150 option....feeling a little "mugged off"....
