It seemed like they had cut off because you didn't answer fast enough, but my phone was about 10" from me, but in the time it took to reach out and answer, there was no one there. But although I never spoke to anyone, I did get an email from E.ON saying they tried to call me about a query I raised with them, so a search brought me here, and as others have confirmed it was E.ON, and my email, it could only be them.
